Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about registration and company profiles

Registration & Account

To register, you will need:

  • Company Name – Your official registered company name
  • Registration Number – Your official registration number (e.g., RC number for Nigerian companies)
  • Corporate Email Address – An email address on your company domain
⚠️ Personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Foxmail, etc.) are not accepted.

For security and verification purposes, we require a corporate email address that matches your company domain. This helps us:

  • Verify the authenticity of your registration
  • Ensure communications reach authorized company representatives
  • Protect against fraudulent registrations

After registration, we'll send a secure link to your corporate email address to set your password.

💡 Tip: Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the message and click the link to continue.

If you haven't received the password setup email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder – The email may have been filtered
  2. Wait a few minutes – Email delivery can sometimes be delayed
  3. Request a new link – Go to the registration page and click "Request a new link" to receive a fresh password setup email
  4. Check with your IT department – Ensure your corporate email server is not blocking our emails
  5. Contact support – Email us at projectdelta@nnpcgroup.com for assistance

Password setup links expire after a certain period for security reasons. To get a new link:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Request a new link"
  3. Enter your registered corporate email address
  4. A new password setup link will be sent to your email
💡 The new link will also expire, so make sure to set your password promptly after receiving it.

Company Profile

The company profile form has 5 main sections:

  1. Company Profile – Basic company information, directors, and shareholders
  2. Financial Information – Your company's financial data and audited statements
  3. Operating & Technical – Your experience and assets in different sectors
  4. Contact Details – Primary and alternate contact persons
  5. Summary – Review all information and submit your application

The Company Profile section captures your basic company information including:

  • Company name and registration number
  • Date of incorporation
  • Corporate email and website
  • Phone number and registered address
  • Status Report document (CAC or equivalent)
  • Executive Personnel (Directors and Management Team)
  • Shareholder information

The Status Report is your official CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) status report or equivalent company registration document that verifies your company's legal status and registration details.

💡 For non-Nigerian companies, upload your equivalent company registration certificate or status document.

In the Executive Personnel section:

  1. Click "+ Add Director" to add board directors, or
  2. Click "+ Add Executive MGT. Team Member" to add management team members

For each person, provide:

  • Full name
  • Position/Title
  • Years of experience in Oil & Gas
  • Brief role description/commitment
💡 You can add multiple entries and remove any by clicking the "Remove" button.

In the Shareholders section, click "+ Add Shareholder" to add entries.

For each shareholder, specify:

  • Type – Individual or Corporate entity
  • Name – Full name of shareholder
  • Nationality – Country of origin
  • Percentage shareholding – Ownership percentage
⚠️ The total shareholding must equal 100%.

You must also provide beneficial ownership information:

  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): The natural person(s) who ultimately owns or controls the company, either directly or indirectly
  • Legal Beneficial Owner: The legal entity or person who holds the legal title to the shares

Click "+ Add Ultimate Beneficial Owner" or "+ Add Legal Beneficial Owner" to add these entries.

💡 Beneficial ownership information is required for regulatory compliance and transparency purposes.

The Financial Information section captures your company's financial data in two parts:

  1. Current Financial Position – Your current cash balance, shareholders' funds, and current debt/borrowings
  2. Historical Financial Data – Your total assets and annual revenue for the last 3 years
  • Current Cash Balance: Your company's current available cash or cash equivalents in USD
  • Shareholders' Funds: Total equity attributable to shareholders as shown in your latest balance sheet (this can be negative if your company has accumulated losses)
  • Current Debt/Borrowings: Total amount of loans, credit facilities, or other borrowings your company currently has
  • Total Assets: Your company's total assets value for each of the last 3 years as reported in your audited financial statements (includes all current and non-current assets)
  • Annual Revenue: Your company's total revenue/turnover for each of the last 3 years
💡 The system automatically calculates the 3-year average for both metrics.

All financial figures must be provided in US Dollars (USD).

⚠️ If your financial statements are in another currency, please convert using the exchange rate at the time of the statement.

You need to upload audited financial statements for the last 3 years:

  • Each year requires a separate PDF upload
  • Documents should be your official audited accounts
  • Maximum file size: 2MB per document

This section captures your company's operational experience and technical capabilities.

You first select which segments you have experience in:

  • Upstream (Exploration & Production)
  • Midstream (Transportation & Storage)
  • Downstream (Refining & Distribution)

Then provide detailed information about your assets and experience in each selected segment.

⚠️ You must select at least one segment to proceed with your application.

Check the boxes for segments where your company has operational experience.

Each selected segment will expand to show a form where you can add your experience assets and details for that segment.

💡 You only need to complete segments that are relevant to your company's experience.

For each segment you select:

  1. Click the "Add Asset" button to create a new entry
  2. Fill in the asset details including:
    • Asset name
    • Type of experience
    • Geographic location
    • Other relevant information
  3. Save the entry
💡 You can add multiple assets per segment to showcase all your company's capabilities.

To remove an entry:

  1. Locate the asset you want to delete
  2. Click the delete/remove button (trash icon) on that entry
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted
⚠️ Note: The first asset in each segment cannot be removed, but you can edit its details.

The Contact Details section captures information about your company's primary contact person who will be responsible for communication.

💡 You can optionally add an alternate contact person by checking the "Add Alternate Contact" checkbox.

For each contact, you need to provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number (with country code)
  • Position/Title in the company
  • Years with the company

The Summary section displays a complete overview of all the information you've entered across all sections.

It allows you to:

  • Review everything before final submission
  • See your profile completion percentage
  • Verify all details are correct

On the Summary page, if you need to make changes:

  1. Scroll to the top of the page
  2. Use the section navigation tabs to go back to any section you want to update
  3. Make your changes
  4. Navigate back to the Summary section to review and submit

Before submitting, you must complete the attestation by:

  1. Typing your full name as an electronic signature
  2. Accepting the terms and conditions
  3. Confirming that all information provided is accurate
⚠️ This is your legal declaration that the submitted information is true and accurate.

Yes! You can save your progress and return later to continue.

Each section has a "Save" button at the bottom. Make sure to save each section before moving on.

💡 Once saved, you can log out and return at any time to continue where you left off.

We accept the following file formats:

  • PDF (recommended for all documents)
  • DOC/DOCX (for Status Report only)
⚠️ Important: Maximum file size is 2MB per document. Files larger than 2MB will be rejected during upload.
💡 Tip: If your file exceeds 2MB, try compressing it or reducing its quality before uploading.

After final submission, your profile is locked for review.

Submitted information will go through a pre-screening process following which successful applicants will be invited to the next stage.

Technical Support

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page
  2. Ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your account
  3. Clear your browser cache and try again

Try these steps to improve performance:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge recommended)
  • Check your internet connection
  • For document uploads, ensure files are within the 2MB size limit

Don't worry! Any section you have already saved will not be lost.

💡 Simply log back in and navigate to your company profile to continue from where you left off. Remember to save each section as you complete it.
